The Samsung TV division asked us to elevate their current online presence and create a fresh user experience. One that would mimic in-store shopping.

 

The position of the Virtual TV Store in an optimized CEJ was critical to its engagement and success. To understand this, we begin with a strategic approach grounded in our experience and of course, data.

Meeting the needs of the customer through an intuitive, intelligent, and new shopping experience helped to narrow down selection and helped users to make optimal choices. Users could take Samsung's best TVs for a spin with 360° product views, educational demos and more.
